When you guys had mr sprinkles in Ohio if some one is under per se limit but still shows signs of impairment it is still considered ovi. However we also have a charge os physical. Just a thought you could look into for you penal code.

Thats so wrong, in NY u have to be going 90mph in a 45mph and in florida u have to be doing way over a 100mph in a 45mph zone. Speeding is not reckless driving before they endanger other people. Speeding is not generally speaking an arrestable offense. Reckless driving isnt either, unless u have been doing something really fucked up. Ive never heard of any state that arrests somebody for doing 25mph over, because that doesnt happen.

So, the guy on the bike robs a gas station, flees, gets away, steals a car and makes a point of getting stopped again in a car with a broken window. Great up to that point. Then the player starts lying in chat that it's really not a stolen car and belongs to his buddy's girlfriend. Seems the whole point of the bike thief's role play was to prove you can cheat and get away with it. And keep the cash.

Why do Americans pronounce "coupe" as "coop"? It's supposed to be coupé like toupée (with an accent on the e)... it has French origins. Pronounced coop it means something totally different and isn't related to cars at all lol.
