The Smart Siren Platinum series (SSP2000B/SSP3000A/SSP3000B/SSP3000B-200) is the successor to the older Smart Siren series (SS2000 generation). This series was available in the market since it's release in the late 2000's and until the year 2020, when it was discontinued and replaced by the Pathfinder platform[1]. This series is extremely popular in the US and many emergency vehicles were equipped with it. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department ,Los Angeles Police Department, Los Angeles Sheriff's Department, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and New York City Police Department are some of the L.E.A. that are famous for the usage of the Smart Siren 3000 series.
The Ultimate Federal Signal Smart Siren Platinum (SSP3000A) pack features Wail, Yelp, Priority, Hilo, Airhorn, with the Manual Wail (6 seconds) tone. Rumbler tones are also offered in the pack.

I have a question where did you get the LSPD style charger? I have a full roster of nypd cars but not one charger since i cant find a good one.

Go search "Tactical Donut" on lcpdfr.com He made this vehicle. This charger is part of his lore-friendly NYPD mega pack and it is only downloadable through a Google drive link from his profile.

how do you use the manual siren on lspdfr? i can only use wail, yelp, phaser, hilo and the horn but there isnt an option for manual

Install my siren properly with the guide of the README after having ELS installed. Press 'R' in game for no longer than 6 secs

Can you explain how you are walking around that parking garage? is that an option to go there and physically pick your vehicle instead of going through the menu?

I used a trainer and teleported to those online map locations. For vehicles, no. You still have to spawn one.
