probably because there was no real batman mod before. Just some that had his vehicles and cave or some that changed the appearance of the player or weapons

@@icyyou. Yeah youre probably not too familiar with gta mods. Pretty sure the grappling hook mod youre refering to was just the just cause 3 mod. And creating peds that look like certain characters or using certain peds with other superpower mods doesnt make it a batman mod.
