There's an error at 53:20 if you can't get collisions working properly. It's because the physicsdictionary in the ytyp is using the wrong rpf location. Just change "models" to whichever rpf your collision ybn is in.

Its good but I recomend you make more in-depth tutorials or link to past ones for different things like codewalker tutorials and 3ds tutorials that you think are good or that you used

I'm tempted to get into making these, but do people actually use MLOs for things other than roleplay? I would love to start or join a server that's similar to GTA Online but without the futuristic crap, hackers, and an emphasis on more-realistic criminal and civilian jobs. So many little shops that I'd love to make interiors for, but what's the point if few people even PLAY in them?

After editing the ytyp and ymap files from OPENIV and opening the ymap that I created in CODEWALKER, a file containing random numbers appears when there should be a collision in the file content. What is the reason?

Great tutorial the only issue im running into is after exporting >> putting the files into open iv changing the ytyp and ymap lines. When i try to load the ymap file and select go to in codewalker there is nothing there? Any ideas?

You have mods enabled and have it in the correct openIv format then you have to get close to it for it to show

Possible to make the interior shell double sided render? I turned flag on in Codewalker. I also flipped normals, tried to unify normals and everything in 3ds max. But in game its still invisible from the outside. Reason being I've got a weird issue with portal when I get close to the mlo things start to disappear and glitch out around the edges of the mlo (objects outside of lmo but close to it)

Hi there! Unsure if you still respond to comments here or provide any help but I have reached around the 56:00 minute mark in which you import the interior into Codewalker and I cannot see it under the map on a bin like you can, nor can I see my building been edited. Do you have any ideas why this might be? I have copied what you have done for the hour almost picture perfectly. For anyone who can help, thanks :)

3dsmax, you could get it for free with a student plan, but if you cant then i recommend using blender for GTA modding

Any way you can make a tutorial on how to make a car model from scratch? I'm working on a pretty big project that might kinda take over the vehicle modding scene.. I've got the model pretty much done, but i have ABSOLUTELY no clue how to get it to work in GTA5. My plan is to use it in FiveM in my server. I already know how to import cars to FiveM. I need to learn how to put the character into the seat properly, add collisions, Make the vehicle drive, turn, make the suspension work.. i personally don't care too entirely much if the suspension is animated. The vehicle in question is also going to need all wheel turning. also might need a ladder to get into the vehicle since this is likely to be one of the bigger land vehicles anyone has ever made. Not sure if a ladder would work if attached to a vehicle without using menyoo, i know it does in menyoo but that kinda defeats the purpose, i would like for people to be able to use it without having to install any additional mods. another cool idea i had is to make the vehicle float when it gets into the water like an APC, but i would like to be able to change the height at which it floats, and i would like to be able to change how fast it moves in the water. I don't want it to move very fast in the water because it is going to be propelled by its wheels. Anyways, I would be super appreciative if you could put up some basic car mod videos, even if you don't get super into detail or achieve everything i'm asking for, because i know it is quite a lot! I may hit you up in discord if you reply back to me, I don't really wanna ruin the surprise for anyone as to what i'm making, but if you think you could help me and if you're willing to i would be more than happy to include you in the project.
