Yes, they're better than GTA V (some exaggerated like the fall after a crash), but not playable at all. I mean, the detail of destruction and deformation of a car is really asome, but it's frustrating when you're playing and trying to have a nice vehicle. GTA V is more arcade, and playable. It doesn't mean GTA IV is a bad game, that is a personal appreciation, both are really funny and good games that I enjoy a lot.

Imagínate que la pc calculé cada polígono del vehículo del jugador y los polígonos de los vehículos de los npc, es una locura! Más la simulación del ragdoll de los npc que interactúen... Literally most of them are either (Follow Them, Shoot them, then leave) or (Shoot A Group of People, Then Escape the Police) And the game has is so brutally hard, I Love Hard games but i dont like 10 hard missions in a row, i like a mix of easy missions & hard missions not fucking 10 hard mission in a row. GTA V Definitley fixed that problem, and The story in GTA V is good enough for a GTA game. And like i said GTA V has much better Gameplay than GTA IV, and yes GTA IV has the best story. Gta 4 was heavily based around realism at the sacrifice of gameplay, which works for an immersion-based game, meanwhile gta 5 is based more around gameplay than realism, hence being able to flip your car in complete spite of physics. In gta 5 and online, this is still pretty acceptable considering driving is much more fluid in 5.
