Wd legion have the worst car physics. Worst than crew 2. I Uninstalled the game in 40 min becoz of tht worse physics. Ubi have completed ruined the concept of watch dogs by making every single npc a hacker. For me the best WD is WD1.

The windshield doesn't break because that's how windshields actually work. They don't simply shatter; they are designed not to for safety reasons. They are laminated glass which is two layers of glass with a thin layer of plastic sandwiched in between. So even shooting at them wouldn't allow them to break in the way they do in GTA. Eventually you could create a large hole, but it would never shatter. GTA is still a far more impressive game, but they got that bit wrong. Likely for gameplay purposes especially with first person being introduced for the first time in the series.
