I heard that if you install the "install" disk on a flashdrive, & the "play" disk on your hdd the game runs better.

That's a good fix to the occasional stutter that you might get on the XBOX 360. Just make sure to use high quality 3.0 USB Stick

I tried playing games off a USB drive but the experience was horrible, lots of lagging and crashes. But as long as your PS2 isn't a 90000 series Slim you can get a Free McBoot memory card to play games over the network using OPL. You can buy Free McBoot cards cheaply off ebay.
