Very wack for vice city aka Florida is more Latinos then anything so it should have a Cuban style music for the loading scene that give that Tony, Montana vibe or American 🇺🇸 push it to the limit

I actually wanted to use the intro theme of Scarface (immigrant boat scene) but it was too hard to remix, maybe I save it for later for the gta 6 intro
