You could be very well correct about the devs being in Toronto, but I knew some people in Chicago involved with Run And Gun Studios and Cave Barn that I think also worked on this game? They were nutty guys who were trying to make a game called Duelin' Firemen that involved Rudy Ray Moore (a.k.a. Dolemite) and like Devo and Timothy Leary were in it. And it was just like this crazy CD-Rom game that never got published.

In their defense, they rarely actually *look* at the HUD for any game that they play, so even while he was standing around waiting for the soup kitchen to open and doing nothing, and checking to see if the bird poop hurt him, they still utterly failed to notice that he was healing that whole time.
