GTA IV ENB + Reshade RealityIV RT Mod Test 2

In this video, I show my lighting system, and what now can be done with the game's lightts. No longer are lights off, all lamps, and wall lights are lit, and whatever colour I want. The colour I choose is then affecting all surrounding areas, and the light comes from the glass.
Also shown here is what can be done with how the light projects, whether it's normal street lamps, or like in this video - a flood-light type effect normally seen in the docks. This is the warm orange light version, normally seen in many New York areas. I also have a white light version which I will show at some point.
It's also possible to colour lamps all different colours at once, and the type of light, omni or spot. The downside is that there will be some areas where the colour doesn't match the area, this can't really be changed per area, although a few areas will let you choose the light for that area only.
