Even if we take out the flying bikes and any futuristic aka fast and furious stuff, my dude you will use minigun in every chance. You want to drive by? Always use ap pistol, which is you can headshot consistently while being 100% accurate. Race? Always use meta vehicle. Let's not talk about spamable throwable whenever you can because you can and dont have issue with money

Back when Rockstar had super fun PVP. For whatever reason in later games like GTA V and RDR2 they made all of their PVP boring in comparison. They really focused on and upped their PVE game which was kind of nonexistent in GTA IV and to a lesser extent in RDR1. I don't know why they decided to just not bring back fun gametypes like cops and robbers in GTA V and not have most of those fun lobby options from IV. Really strange.

The best part about GTA 4 PC multiplayer is that there's literally zero anti cheat. Anyone can use a trainer. It's a double edged sword since you occasionally have godmode rampagers or spammers but they get bored or kicked quickly in my experience.

Games for windows live was supposed to be pc's alternative for xbox live, its pretty old now and it wasnt really good, kind of a miracle its still up. Basically a platform where you can add friends and stuff, get achievements etc.

Hello, sorry for late answer since i didnt get notified Sadly with complete edition they removed cd keys with the removal of mp, the only way to get a gfwl key is to buy some specific games that can be used in GTA, or join a discord with many gfwl keys people share daily and check which one works for you (you can join gtrf discord, and join the gfwl discord in question from there).
