thanks for the fast response, because im just solely running on a APU, because i have a poormans build with no gpu, 8gb of ram, and right now just on medium to low settings it takes up about 300 mb of vram and it runs decently, would using ICE take a big impact or should i wait for a GPU?

btw is it me or is GTA IV the worst optimized game ever? it runs bad on my amd phenom 955 and radeon 7870.
