my fav spot when i wanted to get a long chase was abover luigis place. theres a spot where drop down to and its almost impossible for anything to shoot you. eventually when they do get an angle to get a shot from a heli u got rpg the thing and u can last for ages. a few grenades to cause chaos to everything trying to drive in out front and its insanely easy
