An Orangeville, Ont., man is speaking out after a frightening home invasion last month. He says six people - one armed with a gun - broke into his home and held him and his young daughter at gunpoint. But as CBC’s Farrah Merali explains, he was repeatedly put on hold when he called 911 for help.
