Adam Saleh He did about the same thing, the only tricky part is the city popping up animation, but he either animated that himself or found it online

@@KeleDiabateRoadToTokyo nothing he does in this tutorial is that 3D. This can only be done in Element 3D due to the 3D limitations of After Effects (probably with the camera tracker)

In after effects, probably with track camera. The hands are roto'd out and the animation popping could be an asset as Kele said.
