Because the bans are mainly based on DUPE modded accounts. There are many level 8000 accounts that are not duplicates. Then when they start playing normally, it is more difficult for Rockstar to spot.

The day I saw the legal notice pop up when signing in I knew they were out to get modders lol I play on pc and honestly, I haven’t been able to play in a public session for a couple of years because modders are either just insta-killing everyone or they make the server crash, so it would actually be nice to be able to play with people who are actually playing the game. I liked the addition of your face cam! It may not work every time depending on what the function of your video is if viewers need to see the entire screen, but for stuff like this it absolutely works!

Their net code is so laughably out-of-date that GTAO has problems I haven't seen in PC gaming since the 90s. With how their game is designed, they have no possible way of policing cheating. So, when you see that they banned a bunch of people, they actually just banned a bunch of random accounts to make people think they were doing something.

I've played with a full squad since the game came out at least 4 players always doing heists and grinding everything. None of us is even close to breaking 700 yet. And that's playing every heist since release as often as our daily lives allow which is almost everyday doing at least 2 to 3 heists there's absolutely no way without cheats you got above 700. Rockstar even states this is not possible you'd need longer than the games gonna have maintenance and support for just to break 1000.

@@nikolaineverdie7135 heists are good for money, not so much for RP. Just do 10 daily parachute and u rack up 25000 RP, in under 30 minutes. Compare to about 4000 RP for a 1 hour heist. Win a 10 minute 2x or 3x race, 15000 RP easy. So we make a billion through team work, but leveling up is through choosing activity with high RP per minute. Also spin the wheel for 20K RP by aiming for car. So that's how we got there, legit. Rockstar is wrong, they can check my stats. I'm 0.87 KD, my game time and completed activities are all in the stats menu. And based on this I can say it is absolutely correct that there is a ceiling to what can be achieved legitimately, I would put that ceiling at level 3000 for someone who has played efficiently for 10 years. And maybe 7 billion$.

Some high level players have low K/D ratios because they don't allow themselves to be caught up in nonsense. Just because some random guy kills you doesn't mean you have to stop what you were doing to pursue him/her. No such thing as KD in freeroam anymore. They removed that aspect years ago. KD is only affected by going into missions such as Deathmatches where you are against other players. As someone who recently lost my 10 year old account with level 495 and 40 million dollars in it all grinded and with no shark cards this is scary. Granted I lost my account because my Microsoft email got hacked and Microsoft basically shut it down and made me lose everything attached to it but I can't imagine rocketstar themselves being the reason I lose everything. They already suck at monitoring their games so I can't imagine 100% of these bans are justified. I feel like with how sloppy they are they probably banned some innocent players too. However if they are banning those bar code name try hards than more power to them. Same with duplicated accounts. I know some people aren't griefers and just want to have all the money but honestly thats still cheating and goes against the very spirit and purpose of the game. The whole point of the game is earning money and building your criminal empire from the ground up so I don't exactly feel bad about those people getting booted cause its not like they are losing anything they actually worked for.

With this new character I can actually decide what kind of character he is and now that I know what all the businesses do and what I enjoy , I can basically give my character a real story. I started with acid lab stuff then made enough to buy an auto shop then a chop shop , arcade and now a higher club and mc clubhouse. basically my main thing is my character is a mechanic when it comes to legitimate business but of course underneath it all I own a heist operation and coke and acid labs. I'm already level 97 and have about 20 milion and the GTA plus benefits are making it so that I'm at least getting amazing vehicles for free so that helps me get over all the cars I lost on my last account.

Of course the economy is broken much like real life and i don't blame people for being compelled to cheat to skip the grind but in theory if the game was fair and balanced the game would be almost perfect.

Just lost my modded account and i can say with 100% confidence that the majority of the modded accounts were bought so they could just enjoy the game instead of spending 80% of their time grinding. You just can't have it all right after you login into the game for the first time. While I can't say it isn't repeatitive and grindy, it's the crucial part of the game experience : be a badass gangster and do all those gangster shit to make it rain. That being said, I wish they had some kind of creative mode (like in Minecraft) in GTA Online, where the players can spawn things just to have fun with stuffs. (I'm not talking about the editor, apperantly) But of course, that would hurt those sweet Shark Card money, so they won't make it happen.

Think about it, you start off at K/D 100% when you start playing then as your killed more & more and kill others less & less, that's why your K/D go's down. Most of the ppl playing this game are impatient players with no time for sniping, they just run around in the streets facing off against others taking turns killing each other BUT a patient player who likes to kill without being killed will lie in wait hiding & jumping from session to session sniping ppl...

@@guitarhole There was a way to glitch yourself into a lobby where it was just you BUT you could still run your businesses years ago, dunno if it still works BUT you had to fix your internet connection to super slow for it to work. This was how a lot of players in the early years of GTA amassed their fortunes. Now they have the invite only lobbies where your able to also run your biz to make it easier. I dunno if I would even recommend GTA5 anyone who has yet to play it at this point because people starting off in the game now are sooo far behind, might as well just wait for GTA6...

One of the easiest ways are to check their K/D; It's usually some extreme number. So even if rockstar couldn't tell by rank and how much money they have, all they have to do is check that and it tells them everything they need. If you watch Putther or NitrixWarlord, both console players, they tend to run into people like that a lot.

Rockstar has messed up big time. So many people modding on pc that you almost have to mod yourself so that you dont get killed or trolled all the time. Also you cant transfer your xbox or playstation gta online progress to pc, so thats another reason to why people mod and imo should mod in gta online on pc. I myself had played gta online since 2014 and had everything on that account and when I contacted rockstar support they told me that they cant transfer my character to pc, so 7-8 years on that character down the drain.

Well there no longer level 8000 but now there are some level 800 and 700 that are still doing it mods are all over Xbox now they are usually on around 12:00pm too about 7:00am y I don't know but you should check it out and make a video on it it's getting out of control or maybe it's a glitch but there completely invisible and on thermal they only show up as an orange circle but turn off thermal there invisible

Some of the most addicted GTA:O players I've seen that have been playing since launch are like anywhere between rank 1500 and 3000. Almost everyone like that has like 10k to 20k hours in GTA:O. I highly doubt anyone over rank 4000 is legit, if they were, they are in desperate need of professional help. Like for real, even some terminally online idiot like me knows this... Even I move on to another game at around the 2500 to 3000 hour mark for the most addictive games, I can't imagine doing more than 3 or 4 times that in GTA:O. I've got 1000+ in GTA:O and while there's still alot I could do, I feel like I've seen most of it, there's a reason normal people are looking forward to GTA 6...

I have a friend who is almost level 1000, he's at a legit 957 right now, but he plays pretty much everyday. Myself and my other friends average about rank 350-370. Seeing all those lvl 7984's get kicked and banned is not a problem for me.
