i heard that 2 separate groups are supposed to start off doing the flecca and then get together and start the prison break

all of the people in your 4 person group should have equally done all the apartment heists at least once independently for yourselves to get it to count. Then, going to criminal nobody can die and every setup and heist has to be on hard mode besides the scope out fleeca set up of course.
