Actually Pavel says something when you take too much time doing a prep, he says something like: "I don't want to hurry you Kapitan, but, hurry!" or "Kapitan, I want you to know we do not have much time" and then 5 minutes timer begins. If you fail to do a prep cause timer runs out he will say something like "that went a little wrong Kapitan, it's okay, come back and we'll talk about it" He's such a nice guy tho (better than hearing Lester's screams D:< )

Because when GTA Online first released it was said that it took place before the main story of GTA V, so with this having a reference to the main story means that this heist happens either after or just a bit before its conclusion.

This heist is faster than the Diamond: the setups cater to just one person (this is the best improvement ever) and the heist is also designed for solos too. As a result, it's fine to reach at least $1.3M when doing it solo and the setups can be done in under an hour (unless you get that annoying unmarked weapons with a Valkyrie chopper).

Wut?? Casino heist is way easier and honestly if you take 85 percent share, you can easily takeaway 1.7mil after giving away everyone's cut (painting and gold[duo]) Cayo perico is fun to explore, since more options. The only case where I make the most is with the panther loot, allows me to take 2 mil. But not worth the time. Casino is way faster. Won't recommend perico heist for money grind.

I just realized, the Madrazo Files were already hinted that it was actually nudes in the beginning when Mini Madrazo told the player that he has a problem and he accidently showed them a nude of some chick and when Dr. Dre lost his phone he said that he has nudes on his phone. I guess the lesson of this Heists is don't have nudes and don't take nudes

My favorite approach is: Submarine through sewer with scuba outfit, exit out from main doors. Would use grappling hook to go over the walls but it's stupid that you cannot use in this heist from the start when you can use selective weapons.

A useless tip: if you choose conspirator loadout, you can plant sticky bombs on the Valkyrie before it takes off. Once it takes off, you can detonate the bomb and the chopper will go back to base immediately. The Valkyrie is parked at the left side when you leave the compound

Just for everyone to know, you don't have to finish the heist on the location you choose during the prep', you can just steal a boat on the coast and exit the island. as 2 players you can loot everything and went West to steal a boat on the coast ('kapitan i do not want to worry you, but there is something out here" is a reference to the Loch Ness monster, i didn't spot him here but you can find it in the sea around the island).
