@@grandgame671 Back when I was creating skins and graffiti mods with 3ds Max, it was around 2009-2011. Since then, GTA SAMP has completely changed. Most people now play on MTA instead. SAMP for online play has totally changed; it's a mess today to install mods. Back then, for example, to install CLEO, you just copied and pasted, and you were done. You would put your skins and graffiti mods into Spark, and everything worked fine. Today, everything is complicated. Honestly, the SAMP executables have been updated, and it has changed all the functionalities. It's nothing like it used to be. So, I haven't made any mods in a long time. I share them on my VK when I have time.

@@E180TEKNO The truth is I didn't know all that brother, I'm new to installing skins and mods, I tried to create one with bender and more and it was very complicated, now I prefer to just install them but there are some old modifications. like pitbull dogs or map accessories that don't install or crash the game because I don't know how to install them and no one explains it to me, but there are many that work and that's fine, thanks for clarifying that.
