1: The latest SAMP update was actually a few months ago, but no big updates were released, simply some security update as far as I know 2: On WTLS you can find approximately 200 to 300 players on server 2 3: Yes, we have all the singleplayer gangs in our server. You can take over gang hoods/turfs, attack other gangs, gang ranks with gang bosses etc
