Was there any reason that you couldn't do the paramedic mission earlier (when you finished unlocking Denise)? That health bonus would have came in clutch

yes because i needed to unlock the bike school so i can use it to get om0 and convert the ambulance to AP with Denise , yes i could've done that earlier but i didn't have enough Driving skill to start 8-track , but i could've done that using blood-bowl but i didn't want to because that requires me to stop the chaos mod (stop 6 stars effect to get the phone call) , i figured out a better way to get om0 from the bike school by positioning a bike right next to the marker and spam enter/exit the bike , starting the bike school disables the wanted level and canceling it will make carl get on the bike and then when i exit the bike and pause-buffer the phone will ring and the bike school starts at the same time and then i hold the om0 call and get on the police bike and i go to Denise to convert the side mission vehicle to AP. this is the best way that i could find out , it's true that this takes longer and i might encounter some fails because i might fall of the bike or the cops might arrest me in the bike school , but it's the best way , all the other side missions requires me to pause the game , disable the chaos mod (the 6 stars effect) and then do om0 and then enable the 6 stars again , i didn't want to do that everytime.

i was on the mission "A home in the hills" , when you are on that mission , you can have wanted level , but the cops won't be chasing you.
