That a pawn shop it's pre common to have pictures of money on those types of businesses. The pedestrians drive off the bridge due to their AI pathfinding. The trash can might be an Easter egg definitely not subliminal messaging. The garbage is straight up just part of the world building if u start throwing trash on the ground because you seen it in a video game u got some serious issues.

You say there is a pawn shop, but the way your hand shakes makes it seem like the game wants us to be addicted to money. When the NPCs fire a gun from across the bridge, instead of turning right, they quickly come straight, slow down on the bridge and commit suicide, and in the part in the video, they reverse and jump into the water. The game secretly encourages suicide

Well GTA San Andreas is still most of fun I play it like checking my brain skills they have slot machine where I can still check by learning skills and reaction I was done tens of levels in minutes some 3 or more months ago slot machina can provide your skill represention any time still I play GTAV as well dozen of dozen games like Walt Disney ones as well, try driving all around map best autobahn is Los Santos to Las Ventures on right side of map to not loose all skill level remainings actually we have still.
