you can make the rhino go faster by turning the turret aim to the back of the rhino and keep shooting, but it also has cons that you cant see whats going to hit you

In my opinion : SWAT Tank is for riots, for example if there is the common gang fight between police agents and ballas (for example) just water the enemies, it works good. Rhino Tank is for common (or sometimes rare) Police/SWAT/Army chase because it can also destroy helicopters. Since Rhino is for Army, Its much better for extreme fights

You should hit the rhinos front back and the sides of the armor to see how long it will survive. And also tanks doesn't use atgm missiles it uses uses HEAT shell rounds judging on how it blows up.

On final mission you can steel S.W.A.T.

If you want to get it, you need to do a mission that were called 'End of the Line', when the game is told you to take the S.W.A.T. Tank, take the tank and place it to your garage, after that, destroy the tank and make sure it's still inside of the garage, after you destroy the tank the mission will automatically failed. After the mission failed and the tank is destroyed, try to go away from the garage and then go back to the garage and voilà, you got the S.W.A.T. Tank. Or you can just place the tank to the garage, commit suicide with bombs or falling damage, and then the tank will automatically saved to your garage
