The ghost in the cemetery is very true! I came across it once in the game (no cheats or mods). It was foggy around midnight. I was just walking around the graves when I saw a white figure running in the distance. I zoomed in with the camera and caught an image of the ghostly figure. When I approached it, the figure ran really fast back to the graveyards and disappeared. I never came across it again. Luckily, I have an image saved in my camera to prove it. There used to be a video on KZbin years ago of someone capturing it on video but has sense been deleted.

Fact:developers were intended to implement the feature of earthquake during the game play so when they tried in the alpha and beta versions the animations weren't accurate..... It wud look like as if CJ and other pedestrians would look like distorted as if they'll were crushed by extreme air pressure... Since animations were not that good at that time, they cut this feature out

I remember reading about "Mr Trenchcoat" and that his lines in the game clearly alluded to him being abducted by aliens and that, if you provoke him enough, he would snap and start attacking you. I obviously thought this was bs as with every single myth almost in this game but once when playing at least five years ago I ran into him around the Big Ear I think, and started walking into him repeatedly to prompt him to speak. He mostly said "they're watching us" and "they know" like shown in this video but he also started saying some other weird stuff that from my memory was along the lines of "flashing lights.." as though he was rambling about an incoherent memory and something that alluded to him being probed like "they put things in my body" or something like that. Five years ago I can't remember exactly. But I definitely remember that the more I kept walking into him and annoying him the more new stuff he would say which made me super curious to the point where I would have been doing this for 15+ minutes where he became more and more agitated and skittish in his dialogue AND THEN, lo and behold, he screams what I remember as "YOU'RE ONE OF THEM" and starts punching me. It was so cool. I felt like id actually discovered some secret, but found lots of other people recounting the same thing afterwards. Still a cool experience. Love how they subtly include this lore

The fault exists in real life too and is called San Andreas fault (guess where Rockstar has the name for this game haha) and also caused earthquakes in San Francisco, so again, Rockstar used real life events for their games ^^
