This was done honestly; meaning there were no tricks.
I chose a location in San Fierro to increase my weapon(s) skills. In the process I also increased my 'Respect' level.
I had previously made a video doing the same thing in Las Venturas. I had a few people ask me to make a new video doing it in San Fierro.

It's critical to improve each firearm from "poor" to "gangsta" level - in order to AIM and WALK at the same time.

This of course, is a legit method.. But it's not necessary. You will evolve each weapon at the beginning by getting HEADSHOTS and shooting all four wheels of every available car for target practice, garbage bags ate also great !
