Rockstar did a good job at copying the looks of Tu-160, but a very poor job at recreating all of its other characteristics. In real life Tu-160 is considered as the most powerful bomber, and it's also supersonic, yet in the game it carries less bombs than the Volatol, and it's slow as hell. It can't even change the sweep of its wings "A" for the looks, and "F" for the functionality

Update: the armstrong was first, but then armstrong was bought out by Harley Davidson, that's why they have a similar name. The kosataka is actually based in the delta 4 class sub rather than the delta 3, the main difference bwteen the 2 is that the delta 4 has longer propellor shafts that extend from the aft of the sub while the delta 3s are much stubbier

I'll correct it a little. Kosatka it's definitely project 677, but not BDR, it's BDRM (Delta IV-class, not Delta III-class). The bow of the Kosatka is the same as the bow of project 677BDRM subs. The he nose оf 677BDR is not round in cross section, but vertically elongated. Finally, name Kosatka ("Косатка") in russian means Killer Whale, submarines project 677BDRM are called "Дельфин" - Dolphin. Project 677BDR are called "Кальмар" - Squid. The killer whale and the dolphin are of the same type. The killer whale is definitely not a relative of the squid )))
