@@Danieloon11 Yes. Don't use any mods in GTA Online. If you have "modded" files you can get wiped, the server doesn't care what is modded.

Your tutorial is good, but you haven’t showed for the people that are doing this for the first time. You need scripthookv and a couple of others to make the car mod work. It’s better you first learn how to mod first by another video then come back here after you have installed everything, then it will all work.

Most of them are broken, there are separate files for the base models and the customization items you can buy ingame, so usually modders make the full base model and then other files for tunning... if they don't provide and specify what to do with tunning files you can't expect to tune your addon/replace car, that's what I understood

Quick question, I noticed that you said you were replacing the Honda with the modded Honda but you never deleted the original Honda while you were in edit mode. Are you supposed to just drop the new car into the folder, exit out, and find it by the old Honda's name? Or did you delete the old honda from the folder and just didn't show it.

I would assume so. Cause if not you will get a glitch or 2 cars spawning inside each other. You want a replace car to actually spawn in the game like it’s a normal car. This guy did a terrible video on this

delete the mods folder, copy the files he told you to in some random place in your desktop, create a new mods folder (just make a new folder and name it mods) and then import the files you copied. make sure to wait until its done. may take about 1-2 hours but hey, it works.

The handling is there to change the handling of the car which the modder have added but it should work without the handling and vehicle file unless the replace model is very different from the normal car model.

So When I click on ASI manager in OpenIV the program just stops responding then crashes. I have reinstalled every file and done everything but it won't open. Is there a way to see if I have the ASI loader and OpenIV.asi installed without opening ASI manager. Also I may have missed this but can I use the replaced cars in GTA 5 online? Or is this only in story mode?

if you're still having that problem, what i did to fix it was copy all the files he told us to and then import them to the mods folder, openiv appears to have skipped some files from placing the mods folder automatically.
