Any online player can buy this, however you'll need to purchase from another player as the plates are not available without merging, and the Livery is behind a high level wall in the LSCM. H1 and Hellaflush have car markets in their discords, and we have channels in the NTNS discord for players on all platforms. You can let other players know exactly what you're looking for in there! I need to find a solid crew myself to make friends with I mean I've had a lot of offers I just haven't found the right one, I left another crew 2 days ago it wasn't for me. Realistically I'm thinking about GTA6 now for all that stuff I mean I wish I was there in 2013 onwards but hey even better 6 is around the corner.
