I think it has a lot to do with where you spend most of your time in the game, and if there are areas you'd rather avoid. I prefer to spend more time in Los Santos, and most of my properties are on the west coast so I have the one by the pier and I love it. However, my friends like being "away from it all" in Grand Senora, and that Clubhouse is close to their Route 68 bunkers and facilities. Other than doing the missions from the clubhouse, the location really doesn't matter in terms of game play. The decision is about where you feel most comfortable. Also, you need to consider if you like the one-story or the two-story clubhouse style.

Welcome to Los Santos! I made this video (below) 3 years ago that is a Business Buyer's Guide for New Players. It's a little out of date because I made that before the Agency was released and some of the payouts have changed since that video, but it's still directionally accurate. The Agency might be a good first business because you can start doing contracts and payphone hits right away with less investment than you might spend on other businesses. Some players would tell you that the Cayo Perico heist is the best money-maker. It does pay well, but it's quite challenging at first and there is a long cooldown period and you also have to invest in a Kosatka which isn't easy for a new player because it's so expensive. Diamond Casino heists pay well too but to host them, you have to invest in an Arcade and some upgrades and you'd need at least one other player to do the heist. If you have reliable friends in GTA, do some heists with them and that will build up your bank account. I honestly don't recall seeing one with a tattoo chair in it. There are two layouts (one story and two story) and I believe 3 design options for the motorcycle clubhouses, but I don't recall seeing that anywhere.

No, there are two different interiors for the motorcycle clubs. Some of them have a one-story layout and some of them have a two-story layout. I have a video for every location so you can see what layout it has and what's good about each location.

I do, I own one of each business. I'd recommend the cocaine business. It's usually about half the profit of the bunker, but it should be about the same on double bonus. I used to have the one that's close to Lombank and Maze Bank West. I'm going to move mine back there. I moved to the Alamo Sea, but it's a long way to fly to check progress. I like delivering to Los Santos though. That's a little better than delivering to Blaine County. Hmmm... maybe I won't move after all. ;)

Champlette2 Yea, the clubhouse I own is about half a mile from Cocaine lock up at Alamo Sea. But I’m sort of tempted to buy the meth lab in Grand Senora which is also about half a mile. I hear the payout is only $500 less per full stock sale. Is it possible to sell full stock solo or should I break it up into smaller 1 block sales? Do you know how much money it takes out every 48 minutes for just 1 Mc business (I don’t think I’ll be doing more than one unless you recommend it). And also, should I buy supplies or steal them?

Well, I always buy supplies at every business. I'd rather use that time to make money instead of saving money. Honestly, I haven't run any of my MC businesses in a long time, at least not enough to remember the amounts of everything. I vaguely remember that one full supply purchase gets you a little over 2 bars, which could be 2 or 3 vehicles. No, I would not recommend selling full stock. 2 Post Ops vans are easily manageable, but 3 is really difficult. 4 would be impossible, in my book. As I recall, the Meth lab made quite a bit less than the Cocaine lockup. It's not bad to run Meth and Coke at the same time though. I used to do that pretty easily.

Champlette2 Did you shut down your businesses so you wouldn’t have to pay the fees? I would choose cocaine, but the meth lab looks so much nicer inside. Are the upgrades necessary? I heard the equipment upgrade just allows you to increase capacity which wouldn’t matter if I sell in small increments, or would it? And I heard raids aren’t a thing anymore so no need for security. Maybe just staff to make it quicker.

Yes, I shut mine down when I'm not using them. All of the upgrades are necessary if you want to make maximum profit. Honestly, even with all of the upgrades, the cocaine business only makes around half what the bunker does. I already find that hard to settle for, so it would be disappointing to wait that long and make even less. I think a friend of mine said he was still raided recently, but I'll check to be sure.

Prior to the Import/Export DLC, it was through doing the complete Pacific Standard Heist and all setups on almost a daily basis (sometimes twice in one day) with my crew, and doing lots of VIP work and some missions. I also sold custom cars every 48 minutes like Dubstas, Sandkings, and Sentinels. Since the Import/Export DLC, I've earned over 85 million just stealing and selling cars. If you load up your vehicle warehouse with the right mix of cars, SecuroServ will only give you top range cars after that and you can earn roughly about 240,000 a real life hour that way.

Across the street from the Los Santos Customs Shop near Sandy Shores, in the used car lot. If you find a regular Sandking somewhere (they're in Sandy Shores and Grapeseed a lot), you can use that to spawn one. Other trucks might spawn them too. They're blue and yellow and spawn from 9:00 to 17:00. Just drive to the West up Route 68 past the "Baloney" billboard on the left (it faces West), then turn left and drive back behind the buildings in the grass and return back to the used car lot that way. They spawn very reliably and sell for 17k (yellow) and 18k (blue).
