Quant looks good I’ll admit as they heavily focus on reflections and shaders, NVE takes all aspects of the game to bring it to life. Quant reminds me of GTA 4 on graphics enhancements.

I think NV does better with the underwater scene, countryside desert scenes, and beach with the footprints (although I prefer the pavement or sidewalk of quant there). It's hard to pick. I think the lack of fog in the distance for either makes them too artificial, although perhaps that changes with the weather

@@sanjaypikach8131 Ray tracing is a physical property built into the game. Ray tracing consists of real time reflections and light reacting with surfaces within the game. This mod for GTA replicates the lighting properties of ray tracing, but not the reflections. You get some reflections in the rain puddles, but car surfaces for example, don't reflect the player. So it replicates some aspects of ray tracing. Games that use ray tracing, have surfaces that reflect everything in game. Just like real life.

I use QuantV for the shaders and ENB to get the realistic graphics and I also use NVE for the roads and vegetation. Really nice mix, and I also use NVR for the textures. Took a while to setup everything and have it stable at 60 fps but my God does it look amazing.

At stock I get 180fps with a rtx 3060 12gb but after I installed nve along with quant v, my fps dropped from 180 to 70fps when day and 62-65fps when night and rain😂

QuantV does excellent in shading and night settings, but has a really monotone / monochrome visual in daylight. NVE lacks ambient occlusion, especially in cloudy weather, but makes up for it in sunny weather. If there was a way to get the vibrant sunny vibe from NVE, mixed in with QuantV shading and other elements, it’d be perfect.

i think theres something you gotta remember, is that gtas roads, textures and other things were designed to look the way they were made for proficient storytelling- such as roads in strawberry being less developed. QuantV sticks to the original storytelling and worldbuilding of the original design of the map which i think fits the theme more for the game and doesnt sacrifice making everything look plastic or fake even if it does make it look nicer

I use 1080p res+quantv(very high enb) + nve optional add ons + Raytracing,hdr,unsharp,blooming hdr+ other mods and I bet no one can come close to me in the perfect quality and realism for my builds and perfect settings it took me days to manage the realistic graphics at its best and the fps. I get stable 40fps which feels smooth compensating for literally ultra realistic graphics. My build is Ryzen 5 3600+2060super(8gb)+16gb ram

I have one of the biggest mods of all time, it's not fucked making money off your work. My mod took me 3000 hours to make, used by 3 million individual people. Had I gotten just $1 per download, I would have made 9 million dollars(thats the total download of all versions.) Sites that make videos of my work make more in 1 video than I make. Sites that host my mod make a shit tonne on ad revenue. You know how much I make from my work? Roughly $50 all from donations. There are now people including my mod in their collections bypassing my mod page, running discords, asking for Patrons and making more than me. I get none of that income, zero. Yes people make mods for the love of it, but almost ALL people make money from passion work that they are the best in their field. Everyone makes money from a modders work, even the company that develops the game. You know what's actually fucked? People who make videos of them playing games making 20 million dollars a year. Those are absurd ways of making money. That and women selling titty and feet pics.
