Although it’s amazing, unfortunately, it’s not real. One of the songs at the Malibu Club is a Freestyle track (I can’t remember exactly which one). For those wondering, Freestyle is an electronic band from the ‘80s/‘90s. But it could also be a similar artist, not necessarily Freestyle ;) And no, I don’t work for Rockstar; this info comes from the 2022 leaks.
