Same thing happened in GTA SA located above San Fierro City. Liberty city model is located above the Doherty garage near the construction building in San fierro, it's very more than too far above so you'll need a glitch.

For those who have watched Miami Vice TV show we knew that the VCPD Cheetah and the pair of Detectives are the reference to Sonny Crockett and Ricardo Tubbs in the classic white Ferrari Testarossa... In the beta, Fort Baxter was an air base, a reference to movie Top Gun which take place in Miami, 1986 Top Gun air base

Go to second island early :- firstly take a pcj-600 motorbike to the way in left footpath and stuck in corner of the sidegates. I am playing GTA VC Android, so i am not very sure in PC

@TheJizzy There is another way to get to other islands. I discovered it myself while playing,The construction site has a broken boundary from where you can jump by building up speed with a car. Then you land on the golf course. Then on the golf course bridge, a boat will get stuck(during day time only) you can take the boat and reach other islands.

Oh yes that was another interesting video. But there are 2 things I think you missed. The first thing is the arcade machines in the KAUFMAN CAB building. Yes, you said there where 2 arcade machines but the right machine looks like a reference to the original first level of the original SUPER MARIO WORLD. I believe. And the second thing is the dead body in the Marcos Bistro area. He looks like officer Tenpenny from GTA SA I think. Or what do you think about those 2 things :)
