What does this weird voice in the tank says? I started to play this game agian yesterday and heard this voice, never noticed it before, it's scary D:

KywokiYakasaki Lol yea, its pretty weird. I think its supposed to be a police radio or something. If you go into a regular police car, you here those voices too. I think its supposed to emulate a police radio that notifies cops of a crime or something.

Apparently it's a glitch in one of the versions of the game. It's supposed to be faster but while it's creepy in a way, I'll think of it as Tommy Vercetti going insane and making weird noises to the cops. (Also, this si the first time I've heard the slow voices.)

I would think it's NUM4 and NUM6 on PC and the small circular arrow icons on iOS and Android, like it is in GTA III.

False the tank simply did not spawn I don't know if you have to do a certain mission before you can get a tank but I just want to get money for vigilante and more armor

On PS2, the right analog stick left/right rotates the turret. As I've played that version mostly, I forget whether the PC version rotated it to where the camera's pointing or if it had its own customizable keys.
