I cried so much when I saw that Louise was dying. The first time I played this, I thought that Armando Mendez was just kidding before he got killed but Louise was actually dying and I was tearing up so much 😢. But then after her death, I heard the music passed theme and I was like, why did Rockstar even put that song in there? It's the saddest GTA scene of all time besides Roman's death scene. And also, if Lance would've been scripted better, maybe Louise would've still been alive. But sadly, that's not the case. And unfortunately due to his dumb script, Louise sadly passed away. This is all Lance's fault. If he didn't arrive in Vice City in the first place, Vic wouldn't have to go through all those problems. Louise's death affected Victor Vance so bad, he loses a lot of sense and started distributing drugs to help him move on! 2 years later, he was shot to death while meeting Tommy Vercetti for the first time, therefore handing over the torch to the new boss!

Since Vic wanted to stay clean even though he felt devastated after Louise's death, he decided to go into exile forever but when Phil Cassidy dialed his number to tell him that Pete and Lance got killed by Ricardo Diaz's hitmen and Tommy Vercetti respectively, Vic couldn't take it anymore! He fled back to Vice City to kill Lance's killer, only to be killed by said murderer, which turns out to be no other than Tommy Vercetti! Some years later, Tommy would eventually send Ken Rosenberg to San Andreas, therefore kicking off the events of GTA San Andreas! I know this isn't official but this is what DoctorMike wants it to be!
