I may change the Sharks behavior after the "Phnom Penm '86", spawn the Diaz cartel in both Islands and especially Prawn Island and Downtown with fancy cars, such as the Admiral, the Stinger and the Cheetah. The Cartel and the Sharks begin attacking each other after "The Chase". After "Rub Out" The Vercetti Family will spawn with their cars, the Sentinel XS, the Phoenix and the Infernus. That's what I have planned.
