The game is a nostalgia! I remember when I was 10 years old after school I opened the Playstation 2 and played it for 2-3 hours a day. I also remember that every time I passed the other cities I was stopped by the police because I didn't know there were cheat codes. I later learned from various friends on PC and played every day with codes. What years. Now I'm 22 years old and the game is still like gold and alive! I've been playing a lot of GTA for 13 years now, and this is my favorite!

I notice the detail in CJs physique that changes throughout the playthrough, signifying how he's feeling during these stories. Skinny when he first comes home, getting buff as he feels like everything is going great in the end of the Los Santos missions, getting fat from depression during the country side missions, getting buff again by the end of the fierro missions, leaning up a lot during and after the Las Venturas missions, and finally coming back to what he was for the End of Story missions

I remember playing this with my younger step brother when we was kids. We would take turns playing until we died or got arrested. We’d get mad at each other for just riding around obeying the law and not getting a wanted level. The game was so addicting and hilarious. Awesome times.

I think the coolest part of the entire game is after they kill officer Tenpenny and CJ says, “See you around, officer”. Its such a cool callback to the beginning of the game and really shows how much work rockstar put into this game. I get chills everytime i hear that line. I’m happy considering this game as my ultimate childhood. I remember playing this with friends and taking turns whenever we die trying to get six stars. Then finishing the game was like a big accomplishment in terms of video games. Years later and I still play San Andreas like it was yesterday.
