I don't think there was a way to have tommy appear in gta sa, claude was already forced enough. We are supposed to believe catalina stayed with him for nearly 10 years and also they say they are going to liberty city in 1992 already but somehow in 2001 claude seems still new to town.

Actually, Ray Liota's problem with Rockstar North was due to a trivial problem, namely royalties which he said were very small Maybe that's the problem that doesn't appear in GTA San Andreas

Hi, Bou148, secret formula is not really secret 😀 1 - its just DYOM Red ( which works good with GTA Mixed Mod, because DYOM X crash with GTA Mixed for me) 2- Find DYOM anims mod to make it more lively 3- Custom Skins according to your Storyline 4- Just think of cool concept what you would like to have in game or do in game or see and create

DYOM cutscene anims are more difficult to share because I downloaded bunch of anims and combined them into one folder which give me my cutscene which I want. You can try to write on KZbin like - GTA San Andreas DYOM animations and u should find something

These events can take place in 1992, in San Andreas era. This can perfectly fit with the another mod about Vice City three endings: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iHjZmmewr9B-bJI (if you choose the first ending - killing Ken and leaving Lance and Sonny alive in 1986) and taking into account that Catalina disturbed Claude too much even shortly after they meet (in 1992), so everything happening in this mod can be explained according to that plot. However, Miguel seems to be odd here since in 1992 he didn't even know Catalina, an also the reason of Tommy-Claude's rivalry in the beginning remains unclear (there must've been a better reason for all the three to meet and to get acquainted).

That's kinda cool, however, this type of scenario has some holes in it. First, Tommy is apparently still working with Sonny as he is still alive, what's more, Lance was with the Forellis, too. Imagine my surprise. Additionally, the character models appear to indicate that Catalina's betrayal already occurred but it appears to still be 1992, unless some events happened that caused CJ not to go after Smoke and Tenpennny, let alone re-establish the Grove Street Families. But yeah, you mentioned the inconsistency which is fine, and one last thing - i would imagine that Tenpenny would've left San Andreas had the he survived but did not go after Smoke like he planned to. Also, I doubt CJ would've killed Catalina. It would've made more sense if Tommy did, since he asked to, because by killing Catalina, CJ would betray Cesar.
