Creation by subtraction. Brilliant. Specific idea aside, there's an important meta lesson here...

That gate came out great. Good idea to use the eye pins for hinges. Sorry to hear about your printer. Had similar cold-related problems with mine, too, recently. Hope you get back online with it soon. I want to give this a try, soon. Thanks for putting this up.

Oh bummer to hear about your cold-blooded printer freezing up. Hope you get that part soon! In the meantime, thanks for showing us a nice gate addition. Looking forward to adding it to my fences next week!

Great idea and looks great. Maybe flock the hot glue clumps to represent moss.

For an easier tool for making your iron, get some clippers rather than using a knife. Something like the flush cut ones that Mantic used to have available or the more sturdy ones from the hardware store. You'll still need the knife for some detail work in the end, but the entire thing goes a whole lot faster.

Great addition to your existing terrain! What was that music while you were cutting out the gates, really liked it.

It's called 'The Driving Force' -- it's one of the free clips of music that KZbin offers that doesn't require you to give credit every time you use it. It's by Jingle Punks and it's in the Cinematic genre.
