I pity the man. In fact, I pity them all. They have no recollection of what they did, either by choice or were forced to because of the Legion program. Their reactions to hearing these audio logs is disheartening as the group learn more about each other. Some react frustrated with their past or horrified by it and the others react with curiosity or feel affirmed in their beliefs of each other. But Woods earns a place in my heart because of how everyone reacts including him. "That's not me" He says. "That man is disturbed!" He says. But yet, that's his voice. For him, hearing his voice and those words coming from the audio tape is harrowing because, with what little memory he has, he has no idea of what he did and the absolute shock in his voice sells the idea that he wants to distance himself from the old Woods now as much as possible, at least not in front of his allies.

It's very strange that Woods still believes in God after being put into hydrostasis. As far as I know, religion is a _biiiig_ no no in the Legion program

Go search for "GTFO prisoners" and u will find GTFO prisoners' background brief. Look for Wood's brief and you will see that they describe woods as "a very religious man" and "some fire burn too deep to smother" so perhaps the religion is too important to him that even a reset is not working. Another factor is that from a email clipped below description of the youtube video "Wood's past #2". A researcher stated that KSO from Sigma generation of Legion Program may repeat their old behavioural patterns. Note that Woods is in Sigma generation and this may imply that Sigma gen is faulty and may have kept Woods religious behaviours. Then, why Woods'es memories havent been cleansed once again? i think Woods hides it as implied in "Wood's Past #2" the recruiter asked woods "do you believe in god ? If you do, i gotta clear your mind again ." or something like that, then Woods replied "Then i dont believe in god. Are we done here?" and the recruiter miraculously let him go :/
