True DFD uses humor a lot but he usually slips in a bar or two thats pretty hard hitting. Also, I think its more effective to be on the comedic route especially when against someone thats aggressive (which is basically half the rap scene). its kinda like when someone is mad at you, and you just make fun of them and start joking around and they get even angrier, and then they look like an idiot because they're all pissed off and you're just joking around and having fun with it.
