Great interview. Fraser is a great addition. Loving the longer segments of around 20 minutes. Very impressive Fraser. Would it be possible to see Ironman training in winter using Zwift. Also could we see segments on how Joe average would train for Roth, Ironman UK, Nice, Zurich, Wales or longer and iconic races like triathlon Alpe D'Huez with possibly Emma P.
