Jio નું આપણે કોઈ દિવસ વાપરેલું નથી એટલે કોઈ પણ જાતની હું એમાં તમને માહિતીની આપુ પણ gtpl નું ઘણા લોકોનું કહેવાનું છે કે ઘણા વર્ષોથી એમની સર્વિસ સારી થઈ જાય છેલ્લા દોઢ બે વર્ષથી ખાસ કરીને કેમ કે માર્કેટમાં બીજા પ્લેયર આવ્યા છે જેના લીધે ટકી રહેવા માટે અમને પોતાની સર્વિસ સુધારી છે

Gtpl fiber gives Worst wifi speed on mobile devices, just 20-30, mbps (sometimes even 10-15 mbps ) speed , against 60 mbps plan , when connected to a single device & that too with a lot of variation in wifi speed, Only works good for Ethernet LAN connection gives 50+mbps for 60 mbps, & Even the worst customer service from the salesperson as well as all the technicians & team heads, no proper response.

Sala mujhe ek address par do connection chaiye aur mana kar diya. Ye bol ke ki mera already normal broadband hai aur aap dusra Fiber connection nahi le sakte. Kya tattu si policy hai. Par main gtpl ko 4 saal se use kar raha hoon aur satisfied hoon. Kabhi internet chala bhi jay to 24 hrs me solve karte hai. Gtpl se pehle 20 saal se bsnl ka use kiya tha to soch lo, gtpl hamare liye vaardan se come nahi.

Aapka router to tatti sa dikh raha hai, ye fiber ka router kause ho sakta hai?! Fiber connection wale router par lika rehta hai gtpl fiber esa. Mera tp link ka hai aapse to achha wala aur fiber bhi nahi hai mera normal connection hai.
