Sir a huge fan of your truth and unbiased content. Sir i really want you to make a video on the scams that the oneplus service centres are doing. Due to the green line issue, the company promised life time free repair for the devices. But the ground reality is very different, despite being the parts availability, they force the consumer/customer to either take voucher against the mobile and the voucher is not even for half the value of the phone and it is only valid to buy old models not the new released models like oneplus 12 series or oneplus fold. And the second thing is that if you refuse to take voucher and say that you want your display repaired, they will say they don't have parts and it will take 10 days and after 10 days again the same reply and this cycle continues. I had oneplus 9R so we went to 6 different service centres and all of them did the same and after a lot of struggle for more than 6 months i finally got the replacement after fighting with the service centre, customer support and their so called executives. And sir even if you are taking a voucher, they won't provide the complete money value, they will check your device and then will reduce the amount. The service centre makes false claims that the parts are not being manufactured or the supply is short and i got to know this as when i raised complaint against the service centre in the oneplus customer support through email, they called me and said that the enquired the service centre and it have parts available.
