⁠@@Chessbox09 He wrote Billie Jean in about 20 minutes and it’s often considered the greatest song of all time. He’s the greatest of all time for a reason. Writing and coming up with all his beats being one of them. The King wrote about 90% of his music. It would just come to him at any given time and he’d write it all down, he’d grab a tape recorder and voice out what he wanted it to sound like for later in the studio. Fake artist these days just copy or do nothing but show up and sing (using auto tune) and slap their name on it. Embarrassing.

What makes this especially awesome is the guitar player from Billy Idol; Steve Stevens. Guitar player extraordinaire! Stevens said one time during the taping, when MJ went to slide toward him on his knees, he was going so fast that he literally slid up under Stevens' legs and grabbed his guitar on his way under. lol The travesty? The cameraman wasn't turned toward them at that point and that valuable footage is forever gone. BTW, Michael was a freak for the ladies.

If u wanna hear a song that Michael sings that isn’t his regular type of singing, try scream. Probably the Most iconic duet ever. Michael and Janet jackson singing and dancing together. Idk what genre of music it is but it’s definitely not something you’d usually hear from Michael. It’s sort of rock and funk and hip hop (but not rap) or something like that.

First of all great reaction. Second son of y'all are crazy thinking this is about Diana Ross? They were extremely good friends they perform live with each other numerous times. Also if you listen to the lyrics there's no way you can turn Diana into Diana Ross. It's clearly about a groupie! She mentioned how she wants to be famous and be a star in a couple different lines and how she likes the boys in the band she knows every show. Diana Ross was a star, she was the band. She was already famous before NJ was so what would she need him to become famous for? It's just about a groupie! I understand it would be more exciting if it was about Diana Ross. But it's not. 20 Jones who is a famous producer for Michael even said it's not about that at all it's about a groupie. And also Quincy and Diana where the best friends so I don't think he would just let Michael shit on her.
