To help with over spray, I have heard of people installing "Big Ass Fans" (actual brand name), then ensuring the floor is wet.

You can get a spray sock for your head it's like a beleclava. And yeah bro a spray suit is what you should be wearing. The less poison that touches your bare skin the better. Safety first..

You should get yourself a NOCO jumper box. Thing is small and packs a charge. I use it for my business and I can get 5-6 jumps out of 1 full charge

Great job brother. I used urekem on my rims a couple years ago and they still look great. Stellar silver with the clear coat. Good stuff.

a little bit of that die back is over spray but a big portion of it is solvent soaking creating die back. Not enough air movement in shop to let clear coat breathe. And fumes get caught up in the clear because of air saturation. It's happened to me plenty of times...drawbacks of us guys not having spray booths to clear out the shop or adequate ventilation. No mistake on your part. We are all human and have our limitations lol

What grits use wet sand before polish

Just p2000 grit wet sand. I did have k3000 for my palm sander, but that was too much

You seem to paint frequently. Might as well invest in a few more PPEs. Full face mask would be one. What kind of paint brand do you use?

I was down for 2 months so my monetization went down too. I'm barely recovering from building this other shop.. but once I'm back on my feet, I'll be sure to have extra ppe. I buy from lots of sellers on ebay. speedokote, autobahn, urechem.. they have good paints at great prices
