Stories/lone statements will not hold such strength in a rape case. If ever this case pushes through (which I think will not since she said that she just wants to come out clean), Kat will not win, unfortunately. Though even if that is the case, I still think that this is a legitimate story being told because no one in her right mind will just come out and make stories about being raped just for attention. It's just that bringing evidence against the defense in a criminal court under a rape case, particularly this one, will be hard if not impossible.
