The CPU temps with the 580 seem right if Gamingbench tested inside of a smaller case. I also see no evidence that he had an aftermarket CPU cooler. I've bought about a dozen 580's off of miners. Lower class versions like the Asus Turbo or MSI Armor will run at lower clock like this and the temps will be high once the thermal paste has degraded. He could also be using an OEM version. The card used in this benchmark is not a premium version like the Sapphire Nitro, Strix, or MSI Gaming X which has higher clocks and lower temps. I had also bought a couple of the XFX GTS versions and they don't run this hot.... not unless the thermal paste has degraded, the heatsink is dirty, or the card is in a compact OEM case.

Also, a card like the MSI Armor, when cleaned and with fresh compound, will not run too hot. Another thing about these cards is the fans break on these all the time.

I had an i5-3330 paired with a 1050 ti. It ran some stuff decently. You'll be fine in eSports titles but don't even think about trying to play a triple a title even on lowest settings. Even indie games struggle on the 1050 ti. If you want the 580, I think you'd be alright. My power supply isn't the strongest but my 1050 ti doesn't require a power pin connector so it doesn't even draw much power at all. It's a very weak card, though, as I said. So you would probably want at least 600 for any modern-ish card with a power connector.

CPUs and GPUs don't have compatibility issues. But one can certainly bottleneck the other if one is significantly weaker than its partner. A8 7680 would bottleneck your RX 580 about at least 30% in performance so you might wanna buy a new CPU.
