60 fps for non competitive games is perfect, competitive games that get benefits from high refresh rates are usually played at low settings, probably the 1650 can hit above 120 in apex if everything on low, makes a perfect gpu for a itx build since its small and cool

Alright this is gonna be one of my less popular takes and i really dont want anyone to take this the wrong way. But like man, if you’re this limited on graphics options on a NEW card you’re buying, why not just wait an extra month or 2 and save up the extra what, 50 bucks for a 1660?? The performance and life you’ll get out of a 1660 is far higher than what you’ll get from the 1650. On top of that we’re on the cusp of next gen, and games are gonna start being wayyyyy more demanding like im already running into games that run my card to its limits and ive got a 2070 super! Tbh for me this card is DOA in 2020. If its just esports you play then you’re probably good but if you want any significant improvement over console performance you’re gonna have to go higher than this. Im open to being proven wrong or having a discussion about this because the last thing i wanna be is gate keepy but i feel like people need to know the limits here

The 1650 its an amazing card and has not give me any problems except with apex and it grass on olympus but everything besides that works great

Came here looking for why people bash on this card so much, and how it's considered a "pointless product", "dead on arrival" and even "a piece of trash" by them. Well, I confess I'm surprised by its performance here: this little card can handle even the most recent games, not just casual stuff like Warframe and CS:GO. Great job on showing it.

GTX 1650 is very powerful in budget price , as you are playing in 1920x1080 in most games at highest quality . fps in CS GO is above 170 .

The Asus Tuf is 100$ expensive than Acer. Which one should i buy? Will 144 hz make a huge difference with 1650? PLZZZ REPLY ASAP!

This is the best card you can get in a low profile pc and tbh it’s not that bad considering the fact that settings are all put to high in these games. Just set the graphics a bit lower to get above 60 fps

@@abtcode4191 I guess it's because of the temperatures, try running games on performance mode. My laptop hits 90c when on Turbo mode but i get better FPS

@@osamaanwar90 i run games only on performance mode, but there is a catch My laptop automatically switches to windows mode when it is not plugged in. Can u plz tell me a way to turn it into performance mode then?

@@abtcode4191 I'm sorry you cant run games un-plugged because the GPU and CPU doesn't get enough power from the battery to perform well. If you want to do gaming, plug it in. And if you're worried about losing the battery life and overcharging the battery, go to MyASUS app and select the Hardware Setting (Rocket Logo) and choose Maximum Lifespan Mode (Your laptop will only charge to 60%)

@@abtcode4191 If you want to do gaming on battery i'll prefer (Non-Triple-A) games, AAA games wont run above 20-30fps on battery i guess. I only do gaming when plugged in. As i said before, your GPU and CPU need power and your battery cant supply them enough to perform that well.
