Finance Ministry should review and strengthen the procedures how all these government investment bodies make their evaluation & decisions for investments. This case is definitely reflecting not only the negligence of the board of directors & those officers involved of the investment bodies, it also reflected the irresponsible conduct of the directors of Fashion Valet. Within only a mere few years, te company could turn from profitable business into continuous loss company. This is obvious sign of conspiracy, corruption and/or negligence? Now they sold shares to another company at cheap price! Intending another company to absorb the losses again?
