ഇത് ശരിക്കും ഉഗാണ്ടയിലും ഒക്കെ കിട്ടുന്ന എഗ്ഗ്‌ റോൾ എന്ന പലഹാരം ആണ്. ഞാൻ അതിനെ ഗുണ്ട് മുട്ട എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞൂ എന്നേ ഉള്ളൂ ട്ടോ. സാധാരണ ഉഗാണ്ടയിൽ അവർ കോഴി മുട്ട ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഉണ്ടാക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ അത് കാട മുട്ട ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ആണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്. നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അത് കോഴി മുട്ടയോ, കാട മുട്ടയോ, താറാവ് മുട്ടയോ ഒക്കെ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പാകം ചെയ്യാം.
This is a very famous Uganda recipe that is known as Egg Roll. I just named it gundu mutta that's all. In Uganda they use chicken eggs to prepare it, but I used quail eggs. You can try the same with quail eggs, chicken eggs, or duck eggs.
